Globally operating, family-owned company which develops and manufactures modern wiring harness systems, exclusive interiors and central electrical and electronic components, is in the process of identifying the best suitable candidate for the position of Senior Recruiter for the production unit based in Timisoara.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment process for all the openings in his area of responsibility;
  • Defining and executing recruitment strategies;
  • Creating and placing internal and external job announcements;
  • Sourcing, selecting and screening appropriate candidates to be evaluated by the hiring manager;
  • Extending offers of employment to selected candidates;
  • Performing direct candidates sourcing and headhunting;
  • Using a large variety of sourcing techniques when performing direct search for potential candidates;
  • Continuously improving the searching methods in order to find best new candidates;
  • Conducting pre-interviews and interviews (telephonic/video-conference/face-to-face), together with Hiring Managers;
  • Creating interview and position reports, based on the KPIs, for each candidate in the recruitment process;
  • Providing feedback to the candidates who will not receive a job offer;
  • Analysing and proposing new recruitment trends, according to the market.

Requirements:

  • University Degree;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of HR Recruiting;
  • Passion for HR and strong personal values;
  • Project Management Knowledge;
  • Networking, interpersonal, collaborative and planning skills;
  • Influencing and persuading skills;
  • Structured thinking and analytical skills;
  • Acts in an authentic and enthusiastic manner;
  • Fast learner, able to quickly adapt to changing environment and various types of people;
  • Strong communication skills with a high degree of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy;
  • Adaptable and open to other cultures, values, ways of thinking;
  • Excellent English language (writing and speaking );
  • High degree of autonomy;
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
